FinCo expands its downstream activities in the Netherlands

FinCo has signed a long term agreement with Zenith Terminal Amsterdam. Zenith is the new owner of the former BP Amsterdam Terminal (BAT) since early 2016. FinCo will continue its existing supply- and sales activities from January 1, 2017 and further expand from the Zenith Terminal location in Amsterdam. Furthermore FinCo will use the tank storage, the blending- and storage rack systems at the terminal. Zenith has invested recently in collaboration with FinCo in the truck storage rack allowing per January 1, 2017 a modern truck loading facility with seven loading bays is available to all FinCo customers. All usual fuel products can be loaded at the Zenith facility.
Finco is expanding

Operating agreement AVIA Weghorst Enschede
FinCo will expand its supply- and sales activities from the AVIA Weghorst terminal in Enschede as per January 1, 2017. FinCo will offer from this new location under the name FinCo Terminal Enschede (FTE) various petroleum and diesel products in the eastern part of the Netherlands and across the German border. Apart from a strong regional function this terminal also provides FinCo customers access to its nationwide network of terminals in the Netherlands. FinCo Terminal Enschede is located on the Twente Canal and offers a total of 10 storage tanks with a total storage capacity of 8,350 cubic meters. The terminal was renovated in 2007 and is equipped with 3 modern loading bays to deliver fuel via truck loads.

Start truck-loading rack activities Harlingen
FinCo will start offering various diesel products from the terminal in Harlingen as per January 1, 2017. With offering products from Harlingen, FinCo addresses its customer demand in the region for in particular diesel and GTL diesel. To date the terminal in Harlingen was primarily used for marine fuels. Harlingen with its strong regional links will help to strengthen the supply of oil products to customers in the FinCo network in the Netherlands.

FinCo Fuel will collaborate with Advanced Methanol Rotterdam

The advanced biofuel facility, Advanced Methanol Rotterdam (AMR), will convert non-recyclable waste into advanced methanol at the Port of Rotterdam, which will be purchased by FinCo Fuel. Advanced Methanol will achieve the CO2 emission reductions set out in the Renewable Energy Directive II (RED II) and the Fit-for-55 package.

FinCo Fuel Group & Gane Energy sign a strategic partnership to introduce a green methanol blend for heavy-duty engines

Gane Energy selected FinCo Fuel Group as the first supplier to introduce a (green) methanol-based fuel formulation to reduce greenhouse gases and exhaust emissions. This liquid fuel, Gane Fuel, has been developed for use in new and retrofitted heavy-duty diesel engines. The partnership highlights both companies’ ambitions to deliver climate neutral fuels to meet current and new emissions regulations.
